Excellent action movie with inside scoop to what it's like to be on a sub in WWII, both US and German. Beyond that, it really hits home with what it takes to lead in any situation. It's really a coming of age movie about being a great leader: a sub captain in WWII learns the difference between being willing to die for your men, and willing to lead them into death for what you believe.
It's about leading with conviction even when your best guess is risky business.
